What’s your return policy?

We know that occasionally, you might reconsider a purchase after completing your order. If you’d like to request a refund, eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the order date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition — including all original packaging.

My product is unused and in the original packaging, what’s my next step?

Please get in contact with our customer service team at team@herbalrich.com and they will set up the return for you. In your email, please state the reason for your return.

Return slip?

Our customer service team will provide you with a return slip once they have accepted the return but both original shipping on the order and the return processing fee ($5.00) are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Once the product arrives at the warehouse we will process the return. Upon inspection, if the product does not qualify for a return, we will deny the return. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund does go through automatically on our end but it can take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

What do I do if something is wrong with my package upon receiving it?

If you notice an issue with your order, we’re so sorry. Please get in contact with our customer service team at team@herbalrich.com immediately and they will resolve the issue for you. They will do their very best to ensure there is no extra hassle for you.
